Very interactive! We want you to feel like the in-person conference is now in your lap. You will be able to network, ask questions, and connect with attendees, presenters, and ACGME staff members all through video and text chat. For the best conference experience, we recommend using a laptop/desktop with a built-in speaker, camera, and microphone.

The best way to join is on a computer with Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox as your browser.

In previous years, attendees selected sessions during the registration process. This year there is no pre-selecting sessions. There is no session capacity on semi-live or on-demand sessions. Live sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited capacity.

Semi-live sessions are didactic based. As attendees view the presentation, they will be able to interact with presenters via text Q and A. The presentations will also be available for on-demand viewing after the session.

Live sessions are highly interactive workshops. Availability for these sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited capacity as noted in the Auditorium. Live sessions will not be available on-demand.

On-demand sessions are open for viewing at the start of the conference. You will have access to this content throughout the conference (Standard registration) or through May 1, 2022 (Premium registration).

Note that live sessions will open in an Internet browser if you do not have a Zoom account. Attendees cannot connect to a Zoom room using a dial-in number.

No. Login sharing is not permitted. The system will remove anyone sharing the same login. Logins are unique to the registered attendee only.

Unfortunately, there is no way to test if the platform will work at your home institution prior to the conference. We recommend accessing the virtual conference platform from your home or another location without tight network blockers.

No. Make sure your computer is up to date, and test your Zoom access (see above), and your speaker, microphone, and camera are functioning prior to the conference. The ACGME will have technical support available throughout the conference for issues with the virtual conference platform only.
